When Reliability and Precision Matters
Viking International’s mixing and pumping systems have been designed and engineered specifically to bring value and dependability to our customers. Our technology stays on the cutting edge and is backed by performance, safety and service.
Cementing
Viking International is a full service provider of oilfield services for the petroleum industry. Our pressure pumping services consist of cementing services used in the completion of new oil and natural gas wells and in remedial work on existing wells. The Company’s cementing services consist of blending high-grade cement and water with various solid and liquid additives to create a cement slurry that is pumped into a well between the casing and the wellbore. We contract with central, regional and district laboratory testing facilities to evaluate cement slurry properties, which can vary by cement supplier and local water sources. The principal application for cementing services used in oilfield operations is primary cementing, or cementing between the casing string and the wellbore during the drilling and completion phase of a well. Viking International’s cement mixing and pumping systems are a reliable source when it comes to value and dependability. Our technology stays on the cutting edge and is backed by performance, safety, service and experience. As new technologies and techniques become routine, operators are demanding new approaches to well cementing. Deepwater exploration, stringent environmental regulations and dozens of other factors drive the need to examine cementing in new ways. Viking International addresses these concerns through its location in Morocco. This includes looking for ways to ensure a cement design is optimized for each particular well.
Introducing our new standard in performance, Viking International’s Cementing Unit comes with these customer-driven features:
• A body-load, single pump cementing unit with a proven technology
• Reliable 450hhp pump
• Full size displacement tanks
• Heavy duty chassis

Highlights of Viking International’s Cementing Equipment
900+ hydraulic horsepower with automatic density control truck mounted unit
With twin 450HP pumps generating a combined 900 hydraulic horsepower, and the industry unique automatic density-controlled mixing system, Viking International’s cementing unit delivers unmatched performance and dependability. The unit includes dual deck areas: one for customers to witness operations outside the mixing zone and a second area to give the operator ample room to work. Improved dual stairways provide safe and easy access to both deck areas. Environment-friendly features includes quieter engines for operation in noise-sensitive areas; covered mixing tubs that reduce dust on location; zero-discharge manifold and displacement tanks; and EPA Tier II emission certification. In order to provide greater portability and flexibility Viking International also provides a trailer mounted system identical to our truck mounted system.
Batch Mixing Equipment
Safety, ergonomics and reliable performance easily distinguish Viking International’s 100-barrel batch-mixer trailer as an industry favorite. The engine package is mounted on vibration isolators to reduce transmitted vibration. Centrifugal pumps are hydraulically operated for better speed control and consistency. The standard configuration includes two 6 × 5 centrifugal pumps. The trailer includes a bulk-hose connection at ground level, and the low-pressure suction manifold can be pressurized and flushed using the 6 × 5 pump. Batch tanks include clean-in-place nozzles to help clear residue of experimental batches. Batch tanks also include large center-opening hatches and four unsupported paddle-equipped agitators to help ensure optimum fluid movement. In order to provide greater portability and flexibility Viking International also provides 50bbl skid mounted tanks.

Mixing System
Viking International’s premier re-circulating mixing system features a two-compartment mixing tank for more consistent cement slurry. Two agitators generate additional mixing energy.Viking International’s 6x5 centrifugal pumps allow for re-circulation, boost, and mix water. There is also a reduction in cement dust. *rates and pressures depend on fluid end size
Discharge Iron
Each Pump Unit will carry 12-8ft. long joints, 3-4ft. short joints, 3-swivel loops, and 10-multi use chicksans. All treating iron is rated at 15,000 psi working pressure.
Displacement Tank
Independent of mixing tank, it features 20 bbl total, 10 bbl per side. The manifold features an independent release line and mud fill lines. The tank can be full and ready to displace while still mixing the cement slurry.
